Acting U.S. Secretary of Defense Pat Shanahan is in the Asia-Pacific region this week, a trip that comes as tensions with Iran and North Korea are rising. But VOA Pentagon correspondent Carla Babb, who is traveling with the secretary, reports a different rivalry is Shanahan's top concern.
