(a) Replace the disc and recheck.



(1) Replace the disc with a known good one.



(2) Clear the DTCs See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Radio, Stereo, and Compact Disc/Testing and Inspection/Reading and



Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes/Audio and Visual System (w/o Navigation System).



(3) Recheck for DTCs and check if the same trouble occurs again.



OK:



Malfunction disappears.

(a) Park the vehicle in a cool place.



(b) Operate the radio receiver assembly after it has the sufficiently cooled down, and the start engine.

2. CLEAR DTC



(a) Clear the DTCs See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Radio, Stereo, and Compact Disc/Testing and Inspection/Reading and



Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes/Audio and Visual System (w/o Navigation System).

3. CHECK DTC



(a) Recheck for DTCs and check if the same trouble occurs again.

PROCEDURE



1. REPLACE USB DEVICE OR "iPod"



(a) Disconnect the USB device or "iPod" from the No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly.



(b) Turn the engine switch off.



HINT



When one of these DTCs has been stored, it is necessary to turn off the engine switch to make it possible for the vehicle to



recognize a new device when it is connected.



(c) Turn the engine switch on (ACC).



(d) Connect a known good USB device or "iPod" to the No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly.



HINT



* If the malfunction occurred when a USB device was in use, use another USB device for the inspection. If the malfunction



occurred when an "iPod" was in use, use another "iPod" for the inspection.



* Refer to System Description for compatible formats and versions See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Radio, Stereo,
